For the Bachelor level the candidate needs to prepare 2 sets of documents: one for the M.E.N. (Ministry of the National Education) and one for our University.

All files (both for the MEN and university) must to be send at the university, at the following address:

The files should be sent to the university by regular mail (please be aware not by e-mail), starting April 16th, 2018 till July 20th, 2018 .

All the files which are lacking documents specified in the list below and if the application form is not fully filled in, will be rejected.

For the Ministry of the National Education

-Application form for the issuance of the Acceptance Letter filled in ALL the fields, downloadable here ;

-The High school graduation diploma – legalized copy and legalized translation into Romanian language, certified by the resort authorities in the issuing country;

-Legalized Copy and legalized translation of the certificate which proves that the graduates of the current year have passed the baccalaureate exam;


-Academic records (transcript of records for all the high school years) – legalized copy and legalized translations;


-Birth certificate – legalized copy and legalized translation into Romanian language;


-Copy of the passport;


-A simple copy of the identity card which proves the foreigner citizenship;


-Certificate of the language competence (English/French/Romanian- according to the course) minimum B2 level;

-Medical certificate (in an international language) to prove that the person registered for studies does not suffer from spreading diseases or other illnesses that are incompatible with the future profession.

For the University

-Application form for the issuance of the Acceptance Letter, filled in ALL the fields, downloadable here ;

-Legalized Copy and legalized translation of the certificate which proves that the graduates of the current year have passed the baccalaureate exam;

-Birth certificate – legalized copy and legalized translation into Romanian language;

-Copy of the passport – valid at least 6 months after the date of the issuance of the acceptance letter for studies;

-A simple copy of the identity card which proves the foreigner citizenship;

-Certificate of the language competence (English/French/Romanian- according to the course) minimum B2 level;

-Medical certificate (in an international language) to prove that the person registered for studies does not suffer from spreading diseases or other illnesses that are incompatible with the future profession;

-Four passport-size photographs;

-The proof of payment in the University's bank account of 150 euro fee.

Note - The selection of USAMVCN candidates for bachelor studies (by field of study and specialization) - academic year 2018-2019 - is carried out by means of an admission exam – that will take in consideration the average mark obtained at the high school examination, except for the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine which will apply specific requirements.

Veterinary Medicine – English and French line:

High school average mark or equivalent – 90%;
Volunteering in animal welfare (certificates and recommendations) – 10%.
