{"id":167,"date":"2019-10-31T15:29:28","date_gmt":"2019-10-31T15:29:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/usamv\/en\/?page_id=167"},"modified":"2025-01-17T09:40:30","modified_gmt":"2025-01-17T09:40:30","slug":"library","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.usamvcluj.ro\/en\/about-uasvm\/library\/","title":{"rendered":"Library"},"content":{"rendered":"ngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The history of our &nbsp;Library is strongly connected to that of the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in Cluj-Napoca<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first reference to the library\u2019s funds is in 1872, when the Institute\u2019s Yearbook records the existence of 881 volumes.&nbsp; In those times, the first ones to bring books into this settlement were the professors and students, through their own efforts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Currently, the Library of USAMV Cluj-Napoca have a documentary fund consisting of over 180000 volumes used by 6000 &nbsp;readers managed through the integrated library automation system&nbsp;&nbsp; \u201cLiberty5\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first floor accommodates the info desk and loan office.
