These studies confer the academic title of <strong>Doctor<\/strong> and correspond to a <strong>Level 8 qualification<\/strong> within both the <strong>European Qualifications Framework (EQF)<\/strong> and the <strong>National Qualifications Framework (CNC)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca (USAMV CN)<\/strong> is an institution that has assumed the mission of <strong>advanced research and education<\/strong>, with the development of doctoral studies constituting a key component of its strategic objectives.<\/p>\n<p>At USAMV CN, <strong>scientific and professional doctoral programs<\/strong> are conducted, based on a <strong>research-driven learning model<\/strong>, with the main objective of developing highly qualified human resources in the fields of <strong>research, development, and innovation<\/strong>. The doctorate represents a prerequisite for a professional career in <strong>higher education and academic research<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>USAMV CN is an <strong>accredited Institution Organizing Doctoral Studies (IOSUD)<\/strong>, comprising two doctoral schools:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Doctoral School of Agricultural Engineering Sciences. <\/strong>Within the Doctoral School of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, doctoral studies are offered in the following academic fields: <em>Agronomy, Horticulture, Animal Science\/Zootechnics, Biotechnology, Engineering and Management in Agriculture and Rural Development, and Food Engineering<\/em><strong>. comprising the fields: <\/strong>&nbsp;and the<\/li>\n<li><strong>Doctoral School of Veterinary Medicine<\/strong>. The Doctoral School of Veterinary Medicine offers doctoral studies in a single field: <em>Veterinary Medicine<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Doctoral programs are available in both <strong>full-time<\/strong> and <strong>part-time<\/strong> formats, and annual admission sessions are organized in accordance with legal provisions, for both <strong>tuition-free (state-funded)<\/strong> and <strong>tuition-based<\/strong> positions, as well as positions funded from other sources.<\/p>\n<p>The IOSUD is managed by the <strong>Council for Doctoral University Studies (CSUD)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Director of CSUD<\/strong> holds a status equivalent to that of a <strong>Vice-Rector<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contact:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:doctorat@usamvcluj.ro\">doctorat@usamvcluj.ro<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Doctoral university studies, hereinafter referred to as doctoral studies, represent the third cycle of academic education provided by our university.
