Guests are welcomed with traditional dishes, wines from their own vineyard and a Pas\u0103rea Rock concert"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On October 1, 2022, the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca will organise the first edition of Vinea Apoldia Maior Fest, in Apoldu de Sus (Sibiu county), a premiere event, which will bring together folk-rock music with quality white wines and traditional dishes, from the farms and stations of the university.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>USAMV Cluj-Napoca has been producing wines since 2020, at its own vineyard, located about two km from Apoldu de Sus, and it has seven labels in its portfolio to date: Eruditus, Docentus, Secas, Italian Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Gew\u00fcrztraminer and Orange Optimus. These white wines are appreciated for their freshness, fruitiness, finesse and richness of aromas, enhanced by higher acidity.<\/p>\n<p>The Pas\u0103rea Rock band, a legend of Romanian rock music, will perform at Vinea Apoldia Maior Fest with Ioji Kappl &#8211; bass and vocals, Ovidiu Lipan &#8211; drums, Nicu Patoi &#8211; guitar, Narcis Tran &#8211; vocals and 12c guitar, Codru\u021b Croitoru &#8211; vocals , together with the special guest Mircea Baniciu.
