{"id":1940,"date":"2024-07-08T07:39:26","date_gmt":"2024-07-08T07:39:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.usamvcluj.ro\/en\/?p=1940"},"modified":"2024-07-08T07:39:30","modified_gmt":"2024-07-08T07:39:30","slug":"congratulations-to-the-faculty-of-horticulture-and-rural-development-affairs-for-rain-garden-awarded-the-jury-prize-in-the-themed-gardens-competition-at-the-west-side-flower-fest","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.usamvcluj.ro\/en\/2024\/07\/08\/congratulations-to-the-faculty-of-horticulture-and-rural-development-affairs-for-rain-garden-awarded-the-jury-prize-in-the-themed-gardens-competition-at-the-west-side-flower-fest\/","title":{"rendered":"Congratulations to the Faculty of Horticulture and Rural Development Affairs for &#8220;Rain Garden&#8221;, awarded the Jury Prize in the Themed Gardens competition at the West Side Flower Fest!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">The work &#8220;Rain Garden&#8221; was conceived and designed by one of the teams from our faculty, formed by students Georgiana Daneliuc, Iulia H\u0103r\u0219an and Cristiana Danci, under the coordination of the Lecturer Dr. Hoble Adela and Associate professor Dr. Jucan Denisa.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">Another fascinating work &#8211; &#8220;The Floating Garden&#8221; &#8211; received a mention from the jury, and the team from our faculty consisted of students Paula Solonari, Naty Cosma, R\u0103zvan Bordeianu, Dinu Laz\u0103r, coordinated by Lecturer Dr. Sonia Bodea and Lecturer Dr. R\u0103zvan Vasiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">The third work proposed by our university &#8211; &#8220;Garden without irrigation&#8221; was carried out by students Ciprian F\u0103rca\u0219, Oana Hede\u0219, Daria Dr\u0103gu\u0219, under the coordination of the Lecturer Dr. Valentin Dan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">The West Side Flower Fest, 2nd edition, was attended by 65 students and 17 coordinating professors, divided into 18 teams, representing universities from Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Ia\u0219i, T\u00e2rgu-Mure\u0219 and Timi\u0219oara. For five days they created and presented their work in Drumul Taberei Park, visited by thousands of landscaping enthusiasts.
