Between May 12-16, 2025, the 2nd edition of the Sculpture Camp took place on the campus of our university, through a partnership with the University of Art and Design Cluj-Napoca – Sculpture Department. Under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Florin Lucian Marin and Prof. Dr. Radu Handru, seven students from the second year of the Bachelor’s degree program created five masterfully crafted works with themes from the equine world.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the area where the camp was held, on May 21, the opening took place, attended by the student authors and their teachers, together with Prof. Prof. Dr. Liviu-Florian \u0218tefan, Rector of UAD, and Prof. Dr. Cornel C\u0103toi, Rector of USAMV Cluj-Napoca, members of the management of the two universities, teachers and students from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, together with Prof. Dr. Cristian Crecan – Equine Service.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are pleased to present the names of the works and the students – Fine Arts, Sculpture:<\/span><\/p>\n

“Memento Equus<\/span><\/strong>” – Ilie Cojocaru;<\/span><\/p>\n

“The Horse’s Sleep<\/span><\/strong>” – Naomi P\u0103tr\u00eenjan, Felicia Dragan;<\/span><\/p>\n

“Chase<\/span><\/strong>” – Lev Bantu\u0219;<\/span><\/p>\n

“The Breath of Horses<\/span><\/strong>” – Dregics \u00c1rp\u00e1d, D\u00e1niel \u00c1rp\u00e1d.<\/span><\/p>\n
