Transylvania Food Summit, at USAMV Cluj-Napoca, on November 3-4, 2022

We are happy to announce the organization, on November 3-4, 2022, of a new edition of the Transylvania Food Summit, with renowned guests and debates on hot topics in agribusiness, sustainable food production, beverage production, retail and HoReCa, rural development and circular economy in the context of the global economic crisis.

The official opening will take place on November 3, 2022, from 9:30 a.m., in the “Mihai Șerban” Aula Magna, and among the specialists who will hold debates over the two days will be the rector of USAMV Cluj-Napoca, Prof. Dr. Cornel Cătoi .

The main objective of the Transilvania Food Summit is to bring together the academic environment with the administrative and business environment, civil society and specialists in key fields, to present their strategies regarding the consolidation of the position of Romanian farmers in the agri-food chain, the promotion of traditional Romanian products and cultural traditions and Transylvanian gastronomy, as well as increasing consumer confidence in Romanian and local food products.
