Gold medal in Spain for the Sauvignon Blanc 2022, from Vinea Apoldia Maior

USAMV Cluj-Napoca was awarded, on February 28, 2023, with the gold medal in Spain, in Vitoria-Gasteiz, for the Sauvignon Blanc 2022 from the Aurum Terras Collection, which is produced at the Vinea Apoldia Maior Wine Estate.

It is the first international gold medal won by a wine label from our university’s winery, and Sauvignon Blanc 2022 will soon be available in our university stores.

The Catavinum World Wine & Spirits Competition took place from 15-25 February and, according to the organisers, nearly 3,000 wine labels from over 20 countries were entered in the annual competition in Vitoria-Gasteisz.
