Traditional Product Festival at USAMV Cluj-Napoca. Among the products presented by the students are palaneț with Mociu cheese, sarmale with Vama Oaș pate, Moldovan tochitură or traditional beer from Dorna Candrenilor.

The University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine (USAMV) Cluj-Napoca invites you, through the Faculty of Agriculture, to the 16th edition of the Traditional Product Festival, held by the 4th year students of Environmental Engineering, in the course of Product Control and Certification, coordinated by Prof. Dr. Avram Fițiu.

The event will take place on 15 May 2023, from 10.00 to 17.00, at the Biodiversity Research Centre, USAMV Cluj-Napoca campus.

The students will present recipes of traditional products from their home counties, including recipe specifications, which will be judged by teachers, together with specialists in gastronomy and popular traditions.
