USAMV Cluj-Napoca at Agraria 2023: education stands, workshops, university products, wines and tasty menus

Our University was part of the annual Agraria 2023 event from 21-24 April in Jucu. Hundreds of visitors were present at the our stands of our faculties, where professors and student volunteers provided information about the educational offer and this year’s admission sessions.

Other stands of USAMV Cluj-Napoca were rich in products from its own farms and stations: dairy products, cheeses and cold-pressed sunflower oil from the Cojocna Farm, fresh sausages from the pilot stations of the Faculty of Food Science and Technology, cherry tomatoes from the greenhouse of the Faculty of Horticulture and Rural Development Affairs, teas and herbs from the Faculty of Agriculture, potted flowers from the Horticultural Research Station, along with tasty wines from the Vinea Apoldia Maior Wine Station.

The visitors also had the opportunity to enjoy the menus prepared at the university’s canteen-restaurant, consisting of cold snacks or the delicious pork/beef goulash soup.

In the Agraria Forum, the teaching staff of USAMV Cluj-Napoca held several workshops, attended by specialists from different fields, but also by many students.
