Workshop on the World Food Day, organized by FSTA in the “Mihai Serban” Aula Magna

The Faculty of Food Science and Technology of our university will organize a special event on October 16, 2023, in the “Mihai Serban” Aula Magna, honouring World Food Day.

Designed as a workshop involving special guests, the event will take place under the following title ”𝑾𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒊𝒔 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆. 𝑾𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒊𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒐𝒅. 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒏𝒐 𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒅’’, proposed by the UN in 2023. Thus, our faculty joins the campaign to raise awareness of the importance of water as food, a campaign initiated by the World Health Organization as well as the Food and Agriculture Organization.

We invite you to join us on 16 October 2023, at 12.00, to attend the presentations of guests Claudia Benea – Ambassador of Romania’s water resources; Bogdan Bob Rădulescu – actor and Lavinia Moldovan – owner Nuvolau.Factory!

Discussion topics at the event will include: Choosing the best water to drink; How to reduce the waste of water, this valuable food? or What it means to be a successful start-up in the food industry.
