Food Festival at USAMV Cluj-Napoca, with over 60 students’ graduation works, including vegan chocolate mousse, butter with thyme and chili or tasty craft beers

We are hosting the 11th edition of the Food Festival on June 7, 2024 at the Biodiversity Research Centre on campus, an event that brings to the forefront the talents and skills of students from the Faculty of Food Science and Technology (FSTA).
The Biodiversity Research Centre will be the scene of a real tasting experiment, full of innovation and creativity, where more than 60 products, the result of the students’ work and creativity, will be presented to the public and industry specialists.
These innovative creations are the result of the application of advanced technologies in food processing and aim to investigate new methods and ingredients for producing quality food. The products entered in the Food Festival will be rigorously judged by representatives of ten prestigious food industry companies interested in the innovative potential of these creations.
The judging will take place from 9.00 to 10.00 and visitors are invited to discover and taste the products presented by the graduates. The award ceremony will take place from 11.00.
