USAMV Cluj-Napoca, at Cluj Days 2024, with its products, landscaping and competitors in the Universities Cross Race

USAMV Cluj-Napoca is part of the vibrant community of our city again this year, at the Cluj Days, from May 30 to June 2, with various activities and sales of products from its farms and stations.

Thus, in the Central Park “Simion Bărnuțiu”, visitors will find two stands of our university, one with dry white wines/scented semi-dry wines from the Vinea Apoldia Maior Viticultural Station and the other with products from the Cojocna Farm and the Horticultural Research Station.

Our students and teachers will be involved in a sports activity dedicated to the universities of Cluj. More than 100 participants from USAMV Cluj-Napoca have signed up for the Cluj Universities’ Cross Run, and the start will take place on 2 June at 9.30 am from Unirii Square, on a 3 km route in the central area of the city. At the end, a raffle will give away tickets to this summer’s big festivals hosted by Cluj-Napoca.

Another event with the involvement of our university in the Cluj Days calendar will take place on Iuliu Maniu Street – Sufrageria and Urban Garden, where specialists from the Faculty of Horticulture and Rural Development Business are passionately landscaping an urban garden.

Cluj residents are invited to admire these plants, but also to enjoy the Garden Party in a relaxing atmosphere, enriched by the beauty around! We are looking forward to enjoying the city’s celebration together!
