Five wine labels produced in 2022 at the Vinea Apoldia Maior Vineyard, presented at the Winelovers Wine Awards in Budapest!

Our University participated in the Winelovers Wine Awards in Budapest on June 28-30, where 112 wineries entered the competition, including Vinea Apoldia Maior. The 2022 labels presented for tasting by our university’s station were Pink Traminer , Sauvingnon Blanc, Orange Optimus, Italian Riesling and Semper. The flavorful wines were also entered in the competition, and the results are officially announced on July 22.
The Winelovers Wine Awards is now in its sixth edition, and organizer Trinity Media has already published the “Winelovers 100 – 100 best Hungarian wines” album four times, which has gradually become a reference point on the Hungarian market for wineries, buyers and consumers alike.
In 2024, the organizers have decided to expand the competition in terms of the wines entered, the membership of the jury and the communication of the results, but their main objective remains unchanged: to connect the region and wine-loving consumers with winemakers, merchants and wine experts.
Congratulations to Vinea Apoldia Maior Vineyard!
