Conference “Risk assessment in the food supply chain through the One Health approach”, hosted by USAMV Cluj-Napoca, 10-11 October 2024

We are pleased to announce the hosting of an important event, with the National Research and Development Institute for Food Bioresources – IBA Bucharest as project leader, together with reference partners University of Medicine and Pharmacy Carol Davila Bucharest, Institute of Hygiene and Veterinary Public Health Bucharest and University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Bucharest – Faculty of Biotechnologies: the Conference “Risk Assessment in the Food Chain through the One Health Approach”.

The meeting of specialists and guests in a highly paramount field will take place on 10-11 October 2024 in the Library Building, Red Amphitheatre.

The aim of this conference is to promote the One Health concept, which assumes that the health of people, animals, soil, water, plants and ecosystems are closely interconnected, which requires a coordinated, collaborative, multidisciplinary and cross-sectorial approach to identify potential or existing risks that occur at the interface between the integrated “Soil – Plant – Animal – Human” system and the ecosystems in which they live.
