Anelis Plus covers the publication fee for Open Access articles (APC). USAMV Cluj-Napoca is an Anelis Plus member

On the official website of the Anelis Plus Association, the number of valid PCAs under the transformative agreements for 2025 has been published.

Our University, as a member of Anelis Plus, benefits from Transformative Agreements concluded by the Association with the main scientific publications/editors.

Under these agreements, the Article Processing Charge (APC) is covered by Anelis Plus and the article is published Open Access (OA). To benefit from OA publication through AnelisPlus, the corresponding author must be affiliated with an institution that has a subscription to the publisher.

According to the list of publishing houses where Anelis Plus has concluded Transformative Agreements, USAMV Cluj-Napoca is a beneficiary of the following publishing houses:

– SPRINGER – with the following: List of journals included in the Transformative Agreements;

– WILEY – with the following: List of journals included in the Transformative Agreements;
– CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY PRESS – with the following journals: Cambridge Open Access List and Cambridge Hybrid Open Access List;
– Elsevier – with the following: List of journals included in the Transformative Agreements;

The number of Article Processing Charges (APCs) for OA publishing is limited for some publishers (see Col. NUMBER OF APCs in the Transformative Agreements Table 2025).

Please note that the number of Article Processing Charges (APC) for OA publishing is limited for some publishers. In these cases the “first come, first served” principle applies and, once the number of APCs is exhausted, the AnelisPlus Consortium can no longer finance your publication.
