Grading systems of the institution

Thinking of studying for a semester or more at USAMV Cluj-Napoca?

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS

 Please make sure that:

• your home university has nominated you
• you have a language certificate level B2 (English mainly)
• you have a health insurance
• you have and you will provide 2 passport-size photographs and an ID copy on arrival

STEPS

• download the documents necessary for your application
• fill-in the application form
• choose the subjects in the learning agreement
• fill-in the accommodation form

DOCUMENTS TO BE FULFILLED AND SENT

• Application form
• Learning agreement for studies
• Learning Agreement for traineeships
• Accommodation form
• Certificate of language

All the documents must be sent by email (scanned copy).

If the student fulfills all the requirements, the documents are signed and sent to the university of origin. Erasmus+ Office will issue the Letter of Acceptance in maximum 2 weeks after the application deadline.

APPLICATION DEADLINES

MAY 30  – for the first semester and for the full academic year
NOVEMBER 30  – for the second semester
