UASVM Cluj-Napoca has one of the most beautiful campuses, of over 26 ha, of which 21 ha are located within the central premises of the university. The majority of the existing buildings were built during the last century. There are 11 buildings in the campus, with areas for the education activity, amphitheaters, and course rooms, rooms for practical courses, seminars and laboratories.
UASVM Cluj-Napoca has an ensemble of buildings of a 23.369 m2 total net area. These buildings are aimd to be used for the teaching activity. At the same time, the university has other available land with a total surface of 440.299 m2. The areas and buildings are the property of UASVM Cluj-Napoca.
The areas for the teaching activity (23.369 m2 comprise: 13 amphitheaters, 13 course rooms, 21 seminar rooms, 292 laboratories for practical courses, 304 offices. Moreover, there is an auditorium, a sports facility, a veterinarian hospital with clinics, a library, a mechanization platform (comprising an automobile repair shop, and hall for agricultural machines), maintenance shop according to specialties (mechanic, electric, carpentry), pilot station for the technology of manufacturing agricultural products, 2 orchards (one in the campus and the other in the SDE), an agro botanical garden, a nursery for viticulture, a dendrological park, 4 bases for educational practical activities and a publishing house (Academic Pres). The existing equipment and the facilities are in accordance with the technical standards of functioning. They are sufficient for the carrying out of the teaching and research activities, characteristic to all of the fields and programs of study (Bachelor, Master, PhD) students are enrolled to.
The amphitheatres are adequately used according to schedule, for all specialties and all forms of education. All the amphitheaters are equipped with video projector, computer, protection screen as well as blackboard. All the course rooms benefit from Internet via Wi-Fi.
