In compliance with the valid legislation, the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca grants the following scholarship categories:
The students benefiting from study social scholarships may as well receive scholarships for academic performance. The state provides support to the students identified as having problems and social needs, as well as those in need of special educational requirements. The state grants scholarships to students coming from underprivileged families, as well as to those institutionalized in compliance with the law.
The state grants scholarships to those students who have good academic performances as well as remarkable performance regarding their education and professional training. The Ministry of Education, Research, Youth and Sport may grant each year, of specially created funds, abroad scholarships for academic and post academic internships. These scholarships may be obtained following a national contest. The condition of being granted the scholarship by the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca or by certain personalities or national or international foundations, regardless of category, is the that the student passed all the exams.
The accredited student is the student who has passed all the exams during the previous year/session of the semester for which the student demands the scholarship, 60 credits for the mandatory and optional subjects, according to the studies the student had opted for, during the previous semester, as stipulated in the study contract.
